Three ways to set up settlements

Reservation fee

It charges a rental commission based on the price of the reservation.

This option allows you to charge a commission for each rental. It is ideal if you manage the properties and your earnings come from a percentage of the total booking. The system automates the calculation of this commission so you don't have to do it manually.

Fixed price per reservation

Define a fixed amount for each rental and settle the remainder to the property.

FIXED PRICE

With this modality, you define a fixed amount to be paid to the property for each rental. In other words, the system ensures that, regardless of the final price of the reservation, the owner is paid the same amount agreed upon. You manage and keep the difference.

Price difference

Or define with the property a minimum and keep the rest.

DIFFERENCE

This is the most flexible option. You can agree with the owner a minimum price for the booking. If the accommodation is booked above that minimum, the price difference is added directly to your profit.
