Is there a permanence obligation?

At net2rent, we do not establish permanence periods. Agencies can unsubscribe whenever they wish, although the cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. If an agency cancels before the next billing cycle, the amounts already invoiced will not be refunded.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, it is important to note that plan changes will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Are all portals included in the Channel Manager?

Yes, the net2rent synchronisation option currently includes all the portals listed in the Channel Manager section. Periodically, net2rent will add new channels with which it establishes a synchronisation agreement. The net2rent subscription does not include the fees charged to the agencies by these channels.

Are there any limitations on the number of reservations?

No. net2rent does not limit the number of bookings of the agencies subscribed to net2rent.

What does it mean that there are no booking fees?

net2rent does not charge any booking fees to the agencies. net2rent only charges for the use of its software.
