net2rent offers agencies the possibility of providing access to a simple management tool to the owners of the accommodation they manage from the owners’ Extranet.

From this tool, the owners will be able to view the availability calendar of their properties, where they will be able to establish available days or block days from the calendar for their own use of the accommodation. Also, if they have the appropriate permissions, they will be able to access a list of settlements with the agency where they can download PDF documents with the details of the settlements and proforma invoices of the same. They will also have access to an expense report of the stay and a list of payments on account.

Thanks to the owners’ extranet, the agency can give access to the different owners and thus control all the reservations that have been generated for their tourist properties, block, in the case that the agency grants it, days for their own use and visualise all the settlements, invoices, expenses or payments on account that have been made in their name.
